The brief: To create a communication style for a hotel in Pali, Rajasthan that was once a maharaja’s hunting lodge but is now 12 cottages with plunge pools, a lake, a dam, a Zanana & Mardana and a pool all inspired by the zero km design theory and living a slow lifestyle infused with local and native practices.
We designed a welcome kit for the cottages that was bound with custom made leheriya ribbons. The image style was a mix of what you could see (the photographs) and what you could not (the illustrations) to create a sensory wonderland that reflects the actual environment.
The in-room guest collateral was also inspired by everything local. Gathris and traditional air drying clothes for the laundry list.
The hotels conservationist tone was represented through all the points of communication.
